Coaching engagements typically range from $200-$500 per session, depending on the coach and package. We'll discuss pricing and packages during your intro call based on your specific needs.
How long is a typical coaching engagement?
Most clients work with us for 3-6 months, with sessions every 2 weeks. We'll customize a plan that works for your timeline and goals. Some clients continue longer-term, while others engage for specific projects or transitions.
Do I need to take the Readiness Engine™ assessment first?
While the assessment enhances coaching effectiveness, it's not required to get started. We can discuss whether an assessment makes sense during your intro call based on your goals.
