How long does it take?
Snapshot: 10 minutes. Compass Solo: 30–45 minutes of structured questions, then your profile arrives in 5–7 days. Investor-Ready: same timing, plus a one-hour debrief.
What's measured?
Six leadership readiness constructs: Adaptive Capacity, Team Climate IQ, Strategic Complexity, Emotional Resilience, Purposeful Agility, and Coachability. Together they map how a leader holds complexity, where they reach their current edge, and what becomes possible as they grow.
Can I get my data deleted?
Yes — any time, by emailing faq@founderrl.com.
Can my coach run Compass for their clients?
Yes. Certified coaches can resell Compass Continuous and earn 75% of the subscription revenue.
