What the Assessment Actually Looks Like

The Assessment

Duration: 45–60 minutes, completed online at your convenience

Format: Open-ended, scenario-based questions (not multiple choice, not personality inventory)

Sample Question Flavor:

“Describe a leadership decision you made under significant time pressure and incomplete information. Walk us through your reasoning process, what you considered, what you decided, and what you learned.”
